What is included in the rate？
When you book with us, you can have peace of mind, because we promise there will be NO HIDDEN FEES. The rates you receive from us are all-inclusive. We do not have any hidden gas/fuel surcharges, no tax surcharges, no time of day surcharges, no number of passenger surcharges, or any other hidden surcharges
Can six passengers, each with a standard size suitcases and a carry-on, fit a six-passenger minivan?
our six-passenger seats minivan has room for six passengers with five standard size checked pieces of baggage only. For a group of six passengers with six standard size checked suitcases plus six carry-ons, we recommend the 15 seats van.
Which vehicle do you recommend for four passengers with four standard size checked suitcases plus four carry-ons?
We recommend the Buick GL8 minivan.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation without charge by calling us two hours before pickup time. Email or fax cancellation notification requires 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation reservation for a bus reservation requires 24 hours’ notice. If you give less notice than this, a late cancellation charge will be made to you. The late cancellation charge may be equal to the reservation cost. Our mobile number 131-2892-9342.
How long does it take to clear the passport control at Hong Kong – Shenzhen borders?
It normally takes around 30 minutes to clarify passport control. However, the wait time varies considerably depend on the specific situation at customs.
Can you provide child safety seats?
Yes we can provide child safety seats or booster seats. NOTE: a reservation with a request for child safety seats must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
we don’t charge extra if your flight arrival time changes. We monitor all flight arrival time changes and we will update your reservation pickup time accordingly.
Do you charge extra for airport meet and greet?
Shenzhen airport car service pickup rates include driver meet and greet.
When does a waiting time charge apply for pickup at the airport?
We rarely charge for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers exit the airport within 45 minutes of their flight landing and our airport pick up rates include complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for international arrivals and 40 minutes for domestic arrivals. The complimentary waiting time starts when your flight lands. The waiting time charge starts when the complimentary waiting time ends. The waiting time rate is equal to the vehicle hourly rate, and is charged in 30-minutes segments.
What is the lost-and-found policy?
We are not responsible for any baggage, personal items, or anything else left behind by passengers in the vehicle. However please contact us if you have lost an item and we will return it to you if we have found it.
What is the travel time from Shenzhen to the airport?
we recommend that you allow 50 minutes of travel time from Shenzhen downtown area to SZX airport, and 2 hours to Guangzhou CAN airport, and 2 hours to the Hong Kong airport. NOTE: the traffic from downtown to the airports sometime is unpredictable. Please use common sense, and in particular, add extra time for bad weather and during holidays.
I expect to be delayed while clearing passport control or customs, and I want to avoid paying your waiting time. May I ask that the complimentary waiting time begins later than my flight arrival time?
Yes. You may ask that your driver arrives at the airport after the flight arrival time. For passengers arriving on an international flight, we recommend that the driver arrives at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands. The complimentary waiting time will the start 30 minutes after the flight lands.
